Some recent makes

I have been sewing away lately even if I have been remiss about blogging about it. First up is a first time pattern from a blogger I admire very much, Svetlana of Sotak Handmade. I actually had the honour of sending to Svetlana for her very first Flickr swap a long time ago, the Pretty Little Pouch Swap. I remember wanting to make sure her first experience was fun and I hope I did that LOL!IMG_3467The pattern is the Two In One Pouch and you can read about it here. I highly recommend it! IMG_3466 I added some inside slip pockets to mine.IMG_3471And one last gorgeous one made from my favourite fabric line, Hadley!

Yesterday I finished a new tunic top I had been wanting to make for awhile. It was my first time sewing with knits and it was a great experience, plus, I absolutely love the finished top! The pattern is The Laurel Dress/Tunic by Green Style Creations.IMG_3481 Hope you enjoyed seeing my projects!
