Opie got sick this weekend and I had to take her to the emergency vet. As you can imagine, without a job the cost was even harder to bear than usual. ReplyDeleteI hope Opie is better soon! I know what it's like to have a sick cat while unemployed (actually I was on disability). I had loved my cat so much for over 16 years ... it broke my heart to have to consider money when her life was at stake. Unfortunately, she did pass away. I hope Opie gets better quickly!
