And an update on my arms… I have now seen both Sports Medicine doctors and my
kinesiologist and am working on series of exercises with weights, as well as doing various stretches throughout the day. For the most part I am about a thousand times better, and the bad moments are ok now that I am not a slave to the pain.
So glad to hear that your arms are feeling better, keep up with those exercises. Some great inspiration yet again. Have a great weekend.

ReplyDeleteThe yellow/white, or in this case gold and white, colour combination was always a favourite of mine. And what do you suppose Jim Parsons thinks of the Sheldon quilt?
